You Don't Have to Earn Support

One of the biggest misconceptions people have about coaching is that they need to show up with a list of accomplishments.
They think they need to have checked every box, completed every assignment, and made measurable progress before they deserve the next conversation.
That's simply not true.
Coaching isn't a reward for doing everything right. It's a resource designed to help you navigate the moments when things don't go according to plan.
Some weeks you'll crush your goals.
Some weeks you'll make slow, steady progress.
Some weeks life will happen, priorities will shift, and you'll feel like you have nothing to report.
Those are often the weeks that matter most.

If you avoid or reschedule your coaching call because you didn't "do enough," you're missing the opportunity to discover why.
Was it fear?
Overwhelm?
A lack of clarity?
Unrealistic expectations?
Burnout?
Competing priorities?
Those conversations create breakthroughs far more often than reviewing a list of completed tasks. Progress isn't measured only by what gets crossed off a to-do list. Sometimes progress looks like recognizing what's been holding you back.
Sometimes it's asking for help reflecting on things. Sometimes it's simply showing up when you don't feel like you have anything to celebrate.

Consistency beats perfection every time.
Your weekly coaching call is part of the process—not the prize at the end of it.
You never have to earn support.
You don't have to prove you're worthy of guidance.
You don't have to arrive with perfect results.
Just show up!!!
Bring your wins. Bring your questions. Bring your frustrations.
Bring your unfinished goals. Bring your honesty.
Because coaching works best when we deal with what's real—not what's ideal.
If this week didn't go the way you hoped, don't cancel. Don't disappear. Don't wait until you feel "caught up."
Show up exactly as you are.
That's where real growth begins.
