At night... many people in our proximity... are settling down from their day-essentially.... and with more attention to some of the things that plague our minds, bodies, spirits....
we as a collective have a disrupted sleep cycle... we are vibrating off of one another the energy of restlessness, uncertainty, some fear and worry.
Take time to prepare to transition from your movement of day...to the stillness of the night....
