From there, guiding you to see the "what" that is happening while releasing the "why".

I focus on tailoring each session to your specific needs with trauma-informed care, acknowledging that some behaviors and thoughts are guided by events that you might not have been prepared to experience.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a therapeutic tool rooted in physiology that can be integrated with various healing methods, including both psychological and somatic approaches.
This technique allows us to neurobiologically identify, focus on, process, and release experiences and symptoms that are often beyond the reach of the conscious mind’s cognitive and linguistic abilities.
Brainspotting can also be applied to Creative Performance Enhancement.
I assist artists, creatives, and athletes in managing performance anxiety and improving their ability to fully embody their character.
By using Brainspotting, we can help you release current tensions and overcome creative blocks, enabling you to perform at a higher level with greater mental and emotional clarity.
