My approach to counseling is non-pathological, collaborative, and integrative.

My goal includes helping you understand how your life experiences are shaped by your concept of self, your past and present relationships, and certain cultural and inter-generational values.

From there, guiding you to see the "what" that is happening while releasing the "why".

I celebrate the strengths and beauty of, and center the needs of people in marginalized bodies, identities, and communities.

I focus on tailoring each session to your specific needs with trauma-informed care,  acknowledging that some behaviors and thoughts are guided by events that you might not have been prepared to experience.

Sessions with me are compassionate, intuitive, thought-provoking,
and organic with a touch of humor and play. I am able to integrate mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and mind-body work into each session.

My intentions are to guide you through life stressors/transitions, interpersonal relationships, mood management, emotion regulation, personal development, and purpose and passion exploration.

Brainspotting is a physiological therapeutic tool which can be integrated into a wide range of healing modalities, including psychological, as well as somatic approaches to treatment.

Brainspotting gives us a tool to neurobiologically locate, focus, process, and release experiences and symptoms that are typically out of reach of the conscious mind’s cognitive and language capacity.

Brainspotting works with the deep brain and the body through its direct access to the autonomic and limbic systems within the body’s central nervous system.

Brainspotting can be used for Creative Performance Expansion.

I can help artists, creatives, and athletes reduce performance anxiety and increase their abilities to step into character more fully.

We can use Brainspotting to help you release current tensions and creative blocks so you can perform at a higher level with greater mental and emotional clarity.
