Community Care Rates
Each 60-minute session a 10-minute check, ensuring you have time to settle in.
All tiers receive equal care and commitment.
Sliding scale acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression on finances and shared responsibility.
Thank you for choosing with integrity and fostering a thriving community culture.
Please self-select honestly. No proof is required. This model trusts your discernment.
CROWN TIER– $225
This is the true cost of my work.
Choose this if you have access to financial stability — steady income, savings, or generational wealth. Paying at this level allows me to offer lower rates to those with less access to resources and supports the longevity of this community care work.
HEART TIER– $155
A middle path.
This rate partially subsidizes community access and still sustains me. Choose this if you have basic needs met, occasional ease, but might not have much surplus.
ROOT TIER – $77.50
A supported community rate.
Choose this if you have limited expendable income, are surviving paycheck to paycheck, or hold marginalized identities that impact your financial access (Black, Indigenous, LGBTQ+, disabled, single parent, etc.).
This tier is here to reduce barriers while still respecting my own need for economic care.
VETERAN FOCUSED SUPPORTS
A specialized, trauma-informed, holistic “hub”
Trauma-informed therapy and whole-person healing—designed by a veteran, for veterans navigating life beyond service.
Bridging clinical care, real-world support, and holistic healing for veterans.
I provide holistic, trauma-informed mental health services for veterans who want more than traditional therapy. Whether you're dealing with stress, transition challenges, or feeling disconnected, this is a space to reset, reconnect, and move forward—with support that understands your experience.

As a military veteran and holistic mental health therapist, I understand both the structure of service and the complexity of life after it.
My approach combines clinical training with real-world experience—focusing not just on symptoms, but on helping you rebuild stability, purpose, and connection in a way that actually lasts.
