Sometimes those No's are necessary.
What No's have you experienced this year that were unexpected, that are unresolved... unrelenting No's?
Spend just a moment to recall those No's.... Give gratitude. Find purpose... and then when you are ready... release them.
When it comes to setting boundaries... then for sure practice your assertive No-with NO need to explain or divulge the details of the NO! Allow it to be a complete sentence. Sometimes over-explaining disempowers your stance and you may be more than likely to retract your No or feel guilty about not standing by your No.
This time of year could be a good time to create and look forward to some Yes'es ...
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
According to Psychology Today, mental practices (like visualization) can increase motivation, confidence, and even motor performance.
As we round out this year, I am hoping you are able to take part in your own version of a Vision/Celebration/Actualization/Manifest board.... journal.... creative project. It can entail things you have accomplished, things you are a work in progress on, and things that are to be actualized.Â
Think of your vision/celebration/actualiztion/manifest board ...journal...creative project as a living, breathing, being thing—rip things off, add things, or start from scratch if needed.
Welcome to November! May it be your best month yet!
Be well!
