Your body has a story to tell.
It holds the narratives of every thing that has occurred to you and your responses to it.
It stores the memory of your joy, hurt, pain, and trauma.
Each is distinct in how it settles within you.
Maybe it is the tension in your shoulders. It could be the tilt of your chin down versus upright.
Pain that resonates in your belly or your back.
If there are no medical diagnoses or injury, possibly these could be stuck feelings and emotions as injury in the body.
Let's practice releasing it.
Tell your story. Take a deep breath. Accept/acknowledge. Forgive/Apologize.
Breathe.
Repeat.
